Unless you have some reflection time at work or you’re in the position to stop the demands on your time whenever you feel a need to appreciate the finer details of life, then don’t watch any of these clips. Otherwise, if you do have some time or perhaps you’re able to make time, then sit back, wear some comfortable headphones and enjoy the view…

The flight of insects like butterflies, bees, wasps and moths is an eerie and strikingly different experience captured in slow motion. The jazzy background track could also surprise your eardrums a bit (recorded a little louder than most web clips) but turn it down a notch and it really does make for a relaxing minute and a half. Noted not a long time but trust us your perception of time watching this piece will slightly alter (for the better) - suggest you also take a punt and watch this in full view, give it a try…

A warning about the above clip: it could take your mind somewhere deep into the Himalayan mountain ranges. So unless you want to spend the next ten minutes or so walking around the office like a yogi, a little aloof but seemingly beyond the your petty office politics - then don’t watch the two clips one after another. The other effect could be a sudden desire to take a skiing holiday on some isolated mountain slope… (not great news for your boss, or if you are the boss - then go on take that holiday, we dare you…)
