Representing multiple stock image agencies, Photolibrary offers customers over 7 million images - both rights managed and royalty free stills photography - across all content genres and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Malaysia.

Job Purpose:
To provide financial, clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting past due accounts
• To obtain lowest possible DSO (day sales outstanding) while retaining customer business.
• Making outbound collection on past due accounts.
• Calling customers and collecting payment, following up on payment arrangements
• Explain the terms of sale, credit or contract conditions to customers upon failure to pay for their accounts
• Ensure timely banking of cheques upon receipt of payments from customers

Requirements:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work
• Self motivation, drive and determination to succeed
• Good personal time management and task organization
